Personal data (for example names, emails and phone numbers) is subject to legislation on data security and privacy policy law. We protect all your data and it is treated confidentially. For more information, please review the Privacy Policy below.

All information and data can be stored and retained by the licensor for subsequent proof of accomplishment of the work and the contract itself. The information and the data will not be transmitted to third parties, except when the third parties are subcontractors of the Provider in performance of the contract.

The Provider is not responsible for data security during data transmission over the Internet (for example, due to technical problems at the Provider) or any illegal third party access to files on the customer's internet presence. Access to customer records are strictly confidential.

By using any of the Services offered by the Provider, the Customer agrees not only to receive information via email, SMS and/or MMS, but also by post and through other forms of advertising.

The perpetual and unrestricted right of sending email, SMS, MMS, and as well as commercial advertisement offers, and all kind of information is expressly approved by the Customer. The Customer might terminate the consignment agreement at any time via email or phone call to the Provider (opting-out).

Personal data

We obtain personal data from our websites only with your express permission. In other words, only when you enter personal data are they stored by us. This applies when you request information or when you apply to us online. The personal data that we collect is used exclusively for the specific purpose to deal with your enquiry and provide you the requested information.

We collect and use data contained in log-files that the user's internet browser transmits to us. The data we receive is the user's browser type/version; operating system; referring URLs; IP address of the accessing computer and the time of server inquiry. After statistical evaluation the data will be deleted and not used in connection with the user.


We do not accept any responsibility for data protection nor for the content of other web sites that you reach using a link from our site.

Applicable law, place of jurisdiction

The T&C and the legal relationship between the Provider and the Customer is subject of the Swiss law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Provider: ANCYCH, Plattenstrasse 46, 8032 Zurich, Switzerland.
